Why Become A Member?

  • To help our National Park become an integral part of the community and family life.

  • It is one of the few National Parks that is being restored to resemble the way it was during the Battle at Pea Ridge in March, 1862. With your involvement and membership, more can be done.

  • It may be the only National Park in the country that has two coats belonging to the Union Commanding General at the Battle. One of the coats was actually worn by the Union Commanding General, Samuel R. Curtis, during the Battle at Pea Ridge.

  • The Foundation starts support for projects where the Federal Government budgets stop.

  • We need you to be a volunteer and supporter of the Foundation. We need your help with administration, events planning, fundraising and gathering sponsors.

  • Because if you do not become involved, who will?
